White label AI chatbot: your brand, your clients

On the Agency plan the Animam badge disappears from the widget, your client sees only your brand, and you manage their agent from a console embedded in your own product. Below is exactly where our white label starts and where it stops — before you sign, not after.

What white label removes — and what it doesn’t

Most platforms sell white label as total invisibility. We can’t, and we would rather say so on this page than in a support ticket three weeks after you resold it.

In short: your client sees your bot, your name, your colors and no Animam badge. They would also see an animam.aiURL if they opened the browser inspector. That is where our brand stops — and for most agencies, it is enough.

Brand the agent

Name, avatar, color

The visitor reads your bot’s name and title in the header, sees the avatar you uploaded, and the bubble takes your primary color. No code, one screen.

No Animam badge

Turn off the badge in Settings and the footer is gone from the bubble, the sidebar and the inline widget. Enforced on our servers from your plan — not a CSS trick a client could undo.

Give each client their own console

Three surfaces, with no Animam navigation, made to be embedded in an iframe inside your own product: the knowledge base, the settings, and the agent’s personality. Your client edits their own content and never leaves your app.

https://animam.ai/embed/<client>/corpus?token=<api-key>
https://animam.ai/embed/<client>/settings?token=<api-key>
https://animam.ai/embed/<client>/personality?token=<api-key>
Handle the token carefully

The token grants write access to that client’s tenant, and it travels in the URL. Render the iframe from your own server, for a user you have already authenticated. Never hand the URL to a browser you do not control.

Embed the agent inside your SaaS

  • Three widget modes— a floating bubble, a docked sidebar, or an inline block placed anywhere in your layout.
  • One API key per client— each tenant is isolated: its own knowledge base, its own conversations, its own key. A leak on one never touches the others.
  • Unlimited agents— one per client, or several per client. The Agency plan includes 10,000 conversations a month, counted per tenant.

Prefer to drive everything from your own backend? The public chat API and the developer guide let you skip the widget entirely.

The AI disclaimer stays

One thing never disappears: the banner telling the visitor they are talking to an AI. It carries an obligation under article 50 of the EU AI Act, and it applies to your client’s widget exactly as it applies to ours. We remove our brand, not the law.

One tenant per client

Each of your clients gets an isolated tenant: their own knowledge base, their own agent, their own conversation counter. On the Agency plan you create them yourself, from the dashboard — it takes a minute, and there is no API call to automate it.

If you provision dozens of clients a month and need that step to happen in code, that is an Enterprise conversation. See Enterprise.

Pricing

White label ships with Agency, €199/month: unlimited agents, an unlimited knowledge base, 10,000 conversations a month, and the embeddable client console.

Agency is not self-serve. We would rather spend twenty minutes checking that what we do — and do not — white-label fits your clients than take your money and disappoint you in month two.

Frequently asked questions

Can I remove the "Powered by Animam" badge?

Yes, on the Agency and Enterprise plans. Turn the badge off in Settings > Personality and it disappears from every widget mode — bubble, sidebar and inline. The decision is enforced server-side from your plan, so it cannot be switched on by editing the page.

Can I serve the chatbot from my own domain?

No. The widget script is served from animam.ai and the API from api.animam.ai. There is no CNAME setup today, for the widget, the API or the dashboard. In practice this rarely blocks an agency: your client sees your brand inside the chat, and the script URL only surfaces if they open the browser inspector.

Will my client ever see the name Animam?

Not in the interface. They will see it in the network requests if they look, and in transactional emails, which are sent from Animam. If your client contractually requires zero mention anywhere, talk to us about Enterprise before you sign.

Can I resell it to my clients at my own price?

Yes. You pay for the Agency plan, you set your own price, and you bill your clients through your own system. Animam has no relationship with your customer and never contacts them.

Do transactional emails come from my domain?

No. Emails — lead notifications, quotes, booking confirmations — are sent from Animam. A custom sending domain (SPF/DKIM) is not implemented.

Can I upload my logo?

You brand the agent, not the dashboard: bot name, bot title, avatar image and primary color. There is no logo or favicon upload for the dashboard chrome.

Can I create a separate tenant for each client?

On Agency, yes — each client gets an isolated tenant with its own knowledge base, its own API key and its own conversation counter. Creating them is a manual step today. Automatic provisioning through the API is an Enterprise capability.

Can I embed the admin console in my own app?

Yes. The /embed routes give you three surfaces — knowledge base, settings, personality — with no Animam navigation, meant to be iframed inside your product. They are rejected for any plan below Agency. Render the iframe from your own server for an authenticated user: the token grants write access to that tenant.

Is the AI disclaimer removable?

No. The banner telling the visitor they are talking to an AI stays on every widget, white label included. It carries an obligation under article 50 of the EU AI Act. We remove our brand, not the law.

How many conversations does Agency include?

10,000 per month, with unlimited agents and an unlimited knowledge base. The quota is counted per tenant, not shared across your clients.

Can I use my own LLM keys?

Yes. Bring your own key for Claude, GPT, Mistral, DeepSeek, Kimi, Groq or a custom OpenAI-compatible endpoint. Useful when a client wants their AI processing on a provider they already contract with.

Is the Agency plan self-serve?

No. Agency is sold after a conversation — we would rather check that what we do and do not white-label fits your clients before you commit to €199 a month.
